D2000 swivel joint

The multifunctional D2000 swivel series is available in 2" till 8" and meets nearly all bulk transport requirements. Due to the sandwich construction the bearing module is separated from the product carrying components.

Advantages

This design gives important benefits compared to the traditional split flanged type of swivels.

• deep flame hardened ball race of bearing module allow for high load applications

• product seals can be easily replaced by only removing the flange

• possibility to exchange bearing module

• compact dimensions allow swivel joints to be used for "low profile" applications

• possibility of leak detection and ball race purging

• fulfils all TA Luft requirements (German regulation for environmental protection)
