Wide folding stairs provide an unrestricted access to the top of road or rail tankers. They allow an easy carrying and manoeuvring of the loading arm to the tanker top. This contributes to a safer loading operation.

Safety measures and options

All folding stairs come standard with built-in safety measures like anti-skid steps, anti-jam provisions and guide arms. For improved safety when working on the top of a rail or road tanker, the folding stair can be provided with a variety of safety cages.

In addition to these safety devices, a range of options is available varying from a chain lock device and park position indication to pneumatic or hydraulic operation.
